Bio Hábitat was built using techniques that minimize environmental impact. We use solar energy, rainwater harvesting, locally sourced materials, and a wastewater treatment system that returns clean water to the ecosystem.
Our property preserves more than 80% of its original forest cover, creating a biological corridor that connects Monteverde's protected areas.
